The MatchMaker^SM is ProGayJobs' proprietary resume and position matching engine, currently available to all our valued customers. Once you have entered your position information, a MatchMaker^SM is automatically created for it using the key information you've already supplied, including Employment Type, Education, Location, Salary Range, and Industry.

If you want to narrow your search even further, you may also use the keyword search feature provided. As new resumes are posted to the database that match your criteria, our system will instantaneously email you with a link to the resume for your convenience. One MatchMaker^SM is automatically created for every position you enter.

To access your MatchMaker^SM(s) on future visits to your account, simply go to the My Positions screen, and click on the MatchMaker^SM link below the Position title you want to work with.
