The award will be given to the company that receives the strongest nominations from individuals that currently work at the company or have worked at the company in the last three (3) years. If you would like to nominate your company, please complete the form below. When providing your reason for nominating your company, please keep in mind that we are most interested in the elements of the company's culture that have made the company a good place to work for gays and lesbians. Policies, procedures, and benefit packages only tell part of the story. Where possible, please tell us your personal experiences that clearly show how the principle of embracing diversity was demonstrated. For example, you may want to tell us about your or a co-worker's coming out experience, or how your department dealt with a transgender employee, or about how your company actively sponsors and encourages the gay and lesbian employees' group.

Award Program Rules and Restrictions:

Corporate award recipients must have more than 500 employees.
|
|
|
Nominations will only be valid if submitted by individuals that either
currently work at the company or have worked there within the last three
(3) years.
|
|
|
Nominations must be submitted by December 15, 2002.
